Agreement
Please read the below terms and
conditions before starting work with Typeinternational
these are to insure
you understand our policies and business operations.
This is a legal document
and is permissible in a court of law
We provide full training to all
members, and do not require previous experience. We provide all instructions
and
resources for this position within your members’ area. You agree you will
not disclose this information our
supply our resources to another individual
or company
you understand that you will be placing ads on the internet
you also understand that the names you compile will
come from your ads and
not any lists.
Your Contact
Information:
You
must have a valid email address where we can contact you. If you move or
change email addresses, you
agree to notify us via email as soon as possible
so that we can keep your profile updated at all
times.
Acknowledgements:
You understand that you are
considered an Independent Contractor and therefore responsible for your
own
taxes.
You understand each member can only have 1 membership per
position and there may only be 1 membership
per position per
household.
You understand we will not send checks to more then 1 person
per house hold.
You understand anyone found to be working 2 of the same
membership will have their account terminated
without notice.
You
understand we do not tolerate spam and any member caught spamming will have
their account terminated
without notice and any earnings will be lost.
You
understand that if you are found to be cheating or are found to be fraudulent in
any way your account will
be terminated and any earnings will be
lost.
Changes/Modifications
We reserve the right to change,
cancel or end any offers, opportunities as well as the payment terms and
rates
at our sole discretion.
We will do our best to notify you via email
within 5 days of any change in policies.
Assignments
You understand that all assignments
can be found in your typist center.
You understand that most if not all
assignments will require some type of online advertising
eg adplacing,
sending emails, generating traffic, compiling mailing lists.
You understand
that assignments are offered as clients order them.
You understand that any
assignment can be changed at any time without notice.
Basic Typists / Marketing
Typists
You
understand the assignment centre is closed the last 2 weeks of each month for
updating and there are no
payments in these weeks. You understand all
assignments must be submitted by the due date each month and
assignments
submitted after this day can not be processed.
Supervisors
You understand that there is no
submission deadlines you can submit each assignment as you complete it.
You
understand that although your assignment center does not close that there are no
payments the last week
of each month. Any assignments submitted in this time
will be credited to your online account.
All members
You understand that special
assignments require you to have completed a typing speed and accuracy
test
which is an additional $10 not included in your membership fees/
You
understand that before you undertake a special assignment you may need to
complete a confidentiality
form supplied by the employer.
You
understand every member except research, home typists and type n click members
require a personal
webpage which is to be ordered from your members
area.
You understand there is an assignment processing fee for all
positions
A $5 assignment fee would be $1
A $10 assignment fee would
be $2
Assignments $15 and over the fee would be $5
Processor and Pay Per Click
Members
Processor – You understand that you are paid
per order processed from our website.
You understand that in order to
receive orders your id number will be added to the site rotator.
The
rotator works in order of id number and how long it takes to get your 1st order
to process depends on
where the rotator is up to at the time of
your
Registration. How much you earn as a processor depends on 1 of 2
options
How much time and effort you personally put into your processor
position (eg advertising)
You understand that advertising personally is
not required in order to earn but will help you earn more in a
shorter
period.
PPC
Members
You
understand that you can not use traffic generators or any other incentive sites
for ppc.
You understand that clicks from bookmark links are not
accepted
You understand the only way to earn an income as a ppc member is
to advertise your given ppc links
Info Reps
You understand all your leads (people
requesting the info pack) are required to verify their email address.
You
understand multiple form submissions from the same ip address will not be credit
to your account and
should it happen on a continuous basis your account will
be terminated.
You understand that you need to advertise your personal
page in order to get people to request the form. You
can not create
additional email addresses and submit the forms from your own
computer.
Payments
You understand the following payment
schedule
Once your account reaches $110 it is processed for the next
available paydate. Payments are sent on the 1st,
10th and 20th of each month
directly to your postal address listed in your stats center. Once your account
has
reached $110 it will be cleared from your stats center and an approximate
date it will be sent will be added to
your commission page.Payments usually
take no longer then 4 weeks to arrive in your mail box,although
some
countries sometimes take up to 8 weeks.If you have not received your
payment within 3 months of payment
being sent send us the payment details
Listed on your commission page and we will investigate the matter.
Checks are
valid for 90 days. If you havent received it in this time we can reissue it.
Money orders have no
expiration time therefore we can only reissue if not
received within 6 months.
Software
You understand that your membership
fee covers all your software in your download centre and not the
free
software recommended to help with your assignments.
You understand
that the software works on all windows applications but may not download on Mac
systems.
You understand that you are not required to use the software and
other methods are also available to you in
your typist
centre
Refund
Policy
Due to the
Non Tangible nature of our products it is difficult to offer refunds as we
cannot get anything returned
to us. Therefore we do not give refunds on
memberships
