Step 3: Preparing to Post Data  
Before you can start work there are a few things you need to
do.  

1. Set up a free email address at http://www.gmail.com
This is the email address you will use when filling in the forms
 

2. Download Roboform (optional)
Roboform will fill  in your personal details on each form eg
your name,  address, email and so on without you having to
manually type it on each  form.
Click here to download Roboform then follow their instructions
to install  on your computer and enter your details. To
download the free version  click on download.
(The free version needs to be reinstalled each month  and
limits how often it can be used.) The pro version is $29.95 for
lifetime  license  

3. Download Type4me (Optional) Again using this software is
optional.
This software types each of your  data subjects so you don't
have to type it on each
form. Click here to download type4me (it's free) Once you
have downloaded
type4me follow their instructions to adding  your data subjects
to the software  

4. Preparing your data subjects  
You need to add your tiny url link to the bottom of each of
the data  files. To do this open your Data To Type Page. This
page has a different name for some programs

For Basic Marketing and Supervisor the page is called Current
assignments. For this instruction manual you will be doing
the new members assignment

Now copy each of the data subjects.  To do this put your
cursor just before the 1st word of your data to post or ads to
type page,  right click on your mouse and drag the cursor
over the  entire text of all data subjects/ads  so it looks like
the image below         





















now right click on your mouse and select copy

Now open your notepad program which is found on your
computer.

Click the start button then click notepad. On some computers
you may need to click the start button, accessories then
notepad or start , all programs
